From our own experience we know how hard it is to find authentic homes in Versilia and Lucca. That's why we created Versilia Homes. We source and renovate authentic Tuscan homes. We are neither a traditional real estate agency nor an architecture studio. Our starting point is always the home itself. After purchasing and restoring our own property in Tuscany, we experienced first-hand both the beauty and complexity of creating a home in Italy. Finding the right property, navigating local processes and making thoughtful restoration decisions can be challenging, especially from abroad.
Founded by Meike Brandt, Versilia Homes combines a passion for authentic Tuscan homes, timeless design and modern living. Our mission is simple: to help uncover exceptional properties and transform them into homes that honour their history while embracing contemporary comfort.
Our studio is small by design, a tight circle of architects, restorers and artisans who treat each home as if it were their own.
